OUR HISTORY

In May2002, the two groups representing Outaouais’ childcare centres, the RCPEO (Regroupement des centres de la petite enfance de l’Outaouais) and RICPE (Regroupement interrégional des centres de la petite enfance) chose to merge their strengths and differences to create the Association des centres de la petite enfance de l’Outaouais (ACPEO).

The ACPEO had the privilege of starting its activities on solid ground. It started with products and services recognized throughout the network, partnerships established with the principal authorities, and, first and foremost, members who were interested in the forward vision of the new organisation.

OUR MISSION

The ACPEO’s primary mission is to meet the precise expectations and needs of its members, while favouring the rallying of our region’s early-childhood service providers.
Wishing to become the reference in Outaouais, the ACPEO builds on the constant evaluation of needs, changes and issues with which its members must deal on a daily basis. It aims to maintain and develop quality services, allowing for the network’s continued improvement.

OUR GENERAL GOALS

Ø Ensure constant support to our members, represent them in a dynamic fashion and promote them.

Ø Maintain and create quality services, favouring the network’s continued improvement and development.
